Raspberry PI Zero
The reason a PI Zero was selected is because of it's small size making it arm mounted and has just enough power to do what is needed.
*Camera/IR Receiver: $30
The NoIR camera V2 is perfect for this project with it's varying levels of IR sensitivity and it's ability to run night vision. A longer ribbon would be wanted so the user doesn't risk breaking it.

*IR Emitter: $5.96
This IR Emitter is small enough to be put into a bracelet without raising much detection. The only issue with it is how exactly you would power it.

*Screen: $25.88
This screen seems to be alright for this project. The issues are as follows, it needs a longer ribbon cable and needs is just a bit big but should work fine. You might want a de-magnifying glass on the screen so your eye doesn't start hurting.

I'm going to be 3D printing this case for my PI and putting some cloth over it and nylon straps around my arm to mount it and the battery pack.

I'm going to be using Walmart Aviators as the frame for the eye piece covered with a PLA case because Aviators A) Have perfect size for the screen and a good size for the camera and B) Look very good.
