PCap patch:
The WpdPack_4_1_1.zip is missing the 64bit version of libwpcap.a. See:

The libwpcap.a binary patch has been created using gendef.exe + dlltool.exe
from c:\Windows\SysWOW64\wpcap.dll version 4.1.3 installed on a Windows 7 64bit PC.

Hopefully next release of WpdPack_x_x_x.zip will include the 64bit libwpcap.a.
This binary patch can then be removed.
